Confit Garlic Furikake Bun

garlic infused butter sandwiched between our bun dough, and topped with more garlic butter and furikake. 

our bun consist more butter than you can imagine, together with local lightly pasturized milk, japanese flour and organic gras-fed eggs, handcut and handrolled, then risen over 16 hours slowly in our chiller, baked fresh every morning.
