Lucy Margaux is managed by Anton von Klopper in the Adelaide Hills of South Australia. Anton, born in South Africa, moved to Australia at a young age of 14. During his studies, he became interested in the practice of biodynamics. After graduating, he travelled to Germany, New Zealand and the United States to further his wine experience. In 2002, he returned to Australia and purchased a 6 hectare cherry orchard of which he began planting vines. Anton cultivates his vineyards without any chemicals, vinifying his wines in the purest way possible and eliminating the use of sulphur completely. His wines are always energetic and filled with life. A bringer of joy in every sip.
