Alice Bouvot

Alice owns 5 hectares of vineyards in the Arbois region of the Jura, having started her domaine in 2005 with just 2 hectares. Over the years, she has gradually expanded her production by acquiring small plots. L'Octavin, now Demeter biodynamic certified, emphasizes a vibrant ecosystem in its vineyards, where wild grasses, insects, and animals coexist.
