Ong Lai Danish

A yearly spring reunion with our Lunar New Year classic.

This golden danish is filled with a lush, slow-cooked pineapple paste, gently sweet and tangy, with bits of toasted cashew tucked within. Finished with a light dusting of icing sugar and crowned with more toasted cashews, it’s a familiar festive flavour we look forward to returning to each year.
