Panettone

Our panettone is a naturally leavened bread, made with our sourdough starter and has a 3 days process to give rise to our final panettone, using only the highest quality produce and ingredients. A panettone that we are proud of for you to bring home for the holidays or to share with your beloved friends.

The classic panettone is highly aromatic with citrus and contains sultana raisins & candied orange peels, made with high protein flour, free range eggs, madagascar vanilla and french lactic butter.

While the chocolate ones uses the same base + locally sourced chocolate from @chocolateconceirge with orange peel.

This year's panettone comes in 2 sizes, a classic size (600g) and a slightly tinier size (350g).

Pre-order collections are conveniently scheduled for every Monday and Thursday, so you can enjoy your panettone fresh and ready for your celebrations.
