our sourdough croissant is characterised with its uncompromised flakiness which is a fruit of our passion and exploration. 

made with sourdough starter, our croissants consist of lightly pasturized local milk, japanese bread flour, and pink salt; sandwiched with 15 layers of lactic cultured french butter that we made over the period of 3 days in our 18c degree bakery that promises a messy table aftermath, buttery aroma and good chew, just like all the breads we love.
