Cinnamon Bun

Our cinnamon bun, much like its sister counter-part: the Morning Citrus bun, is made with croissant trimmings. Rolled up with a buttery cinnamon paste, baked till caramalized and powdered with finely grinded brown sugar.

Puffy, whiffs of cinnamon with each bite.
