Cariboom by L'Octavin is a natural red wine made in Jura, made of a delightful blend of Carignan and Grenache. The Carignan is directly pressed, while whole bunches of Grenache are added to the fermenting juice for a gentle two-week infusion before being pressed to rest until the following spring. The result? A light, bright, and perfumed wine with charming notes of red cherry, citrus, and bitter herbs.
