This particular wine is a blend of Vermentino, Fiano and Moscato Giallo which serves as complementary grapes. The wine spends 3 months with skins in oragnic steel tank, to developt aromatic, colour and strength. It is delicate yet complex. 

The fruit of Staring at the Sun is grown by the Chalmers Family Vineyard on the Mt Camel ranges in nothern Heathcore. Dane works closely with the Chalmers Family to achieve the quality of fruits they require. They are attentive in the vineyard, using organic vituculture practices and have decades of knowledge in Australia
