glou glou, or glug glug, is the sound of someone slurping delicious wine, more often wine that is light, lighter in alcohol, tannins and body, but still have pronounced acidity, minerality and a real sense of terroir;

at dou dou, we curate wines with these in mind, they are most likely bio-dynamic, sometimes organic, made without additional sulfur, spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeast, no fining or filtration, most importantly, wines that we love drinking.
