This particular frizzante is from the high-yielding Lambrusco Maestri grape which is kept in check by severe pruning leading to much lower yields.

Dry, high-quality version of this famous sparkling red. Fruity and tangy, this is best served slightly chilled. Delicate bubbles, dense ruby colour, intense body, but a crisp finish. A really perfumed bouquet, plenty of dark currants and aromatic herbs with a rich, pulpy and satisfying sip of a lively carbonic and great tannic texture.
