Onde Onde Danish

We’ve took heavy inspiration from this chewy glutinous snack’s flavour profile and created something that taste and feel similar but looked completely different. The danish has a classic sourdough croissant ring that houses flavour of onde onde by coconut sponge with gula melaka caramel + crumbles, dessicated coconut, pandan diplomat, topped with a mochi on top for that chewyness that reminisce the texture of onde-onde.
