Spiced Fruit Cake

a Christmas isn't a complete Christmas without fruit cake! so here's our most earnest fruit cake from dou dou to you.

our version isn't the most vibrant in color but it packs a whole lot of flavour, toasted almond flakes folded in with christmas spices of nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves, and for the essence of a fruit cake: lemon peel, orange peel, raisin & apricots, all rum-soaked and through out the loaf.
